Matthew 1:16

Ἰακὼβ δὲ ἐγέννησεν τὸν Ἰωσὴφ ἄνδρα Μαρίας ἐξ ἧς ἐγεννήθη Ἰησοῦς ὁ λεγόμενος Χριστός

Iakōb de egennēsen ton Iōsēph andra Marias ex hēs egennēthē Iēsous ho legomenos Christos

Jacob however begat the Joseph [to be] a man of Mary out of of whom had been born Jesus - called Christ
