Ἐπειδὴ ἐπλήρωσεν πάντα τὰ ῥήματα αὐτοῦ εἰς τὰς ἀκοὰς τοῦ λαοῦ εἰσῆλθεν Καφαρναούμ

Epeidē eplērōsen panta ta rhēmata autou eis tas akoas tou laou eisēlthen Kapharnaoum

And when He had completed all the words of Him’” for the rumors of the people he entered Capernaum

- however Jesus He was going away with to them already of Him’” not far being distant from - houses sent friends - centurion saying to Him Lord not trouble Yourself for worthy am [He] so that by the roof of Me may you enter”

And for I a man am [He] by authority appointed having by me soldiers I say to this [man] Go he goes to another Come comes - [the] servant of Me Do this it produces

Seized however fear all And they were glorifying the God saying - A prophet great he arose in to us Has visited - God people of Him’”

kai proskalesamenos dyo tinas tōn mathētōn autou ho Iōannēs epempsen pros ton Kyrion legōn Sy ei erchomenos ē allon prosdokōmen

And having called to [Him] two some of the disciples of Him’” - John sent to the [the] Lord saying You are coming or another are we to look for?

Having come however to him - men they said John - Baptist He sent us? You saying You are coming or another are we to look for?

en ekeinē tē hōra etherapeusen pollous apo nosōn kai mastigōn pneumatōn ponērōn typhlois pollois echarisato blepein

By those the hour He healed many from diseases And afflictions spirits [the] evils to [the] blind to many He granted to see

kai apokritheis eipen autois Poreuthentes apangeilate Iōannē ha eidete ēkousate typhloi anablepousin chōloi peripatousin leproi katharizontai kōphoi akouousin nekroi egeirontai ptōchoi euangelizontai

And He answering said to them Having gone relate to John what you have seen You heard blind [men] receive sight lame walk lepers are cleansed deaf hear dead they rise poor are gospelized

Apelthontōn de tōn angelōn Iōannou ērxato legein pros tous ochlous peri Ti exēlthate eis tēn erēmon theasasthai kalamon hypo anemou saleuomenon

Having departed however of the angels John he began to say to the crowds around What are you come out for the wilderness to see? A reed by of wind shaken?

But Which are you come out to see? man in delicate [clothing] clothing having been dressed? Behold - clothing splendid And in luxury living on the palaces there are

Answering Simon said I take it - which the more He granted - however to Him Rightly You have judged

And having turned to the wife - Simon He was saying You see this? woman? I entered of You for house water Me at feet not you gave this however on the tears she wet of Me the And - hairs her wiped [them]

And began - reclining to say in themselves Who this is who And sins forgives?
