Τῇ δὲ μιᾷ τῶν σαββάτων ὄρθρου βαθέως ἐπὶ τὸ μνῆμα ἦλθον φέρουσαι ἃ ἡτοίμασαν ἀρώματα

Tē de mia tōn sabbatōn orthrou batheōs epi to mnēma ēlthon pherousai ha hētoimasan arōmata

On the however first [day] of the week dawn very early at the tomb they came bringing what they prepared spices

having found however the stone having been rolled away from of the tomb

having entered however not having found the body of the of [the] Lord of Jesus

καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ ἀπορεῖσθαι αὐτὰς περὶ τούτου ἰδοὺ ἄνδρες δύο ἐπέστησαν αὐταῖς ἐσθῆτι ἀστραπτούσῃ

kai egeneto en tō aporeisthai autas peri toutou idou andres dyo epestēsan autais esthēti astraptousē

And it came to pass in - are perplexed them around this Behold men two came up to them garments dazzling

ἐμφόβων δὲ γενομένων αὐτῶν καὶ κλινουσῶν τὰ πρόσωπα εἰς τὴν γῆν εἶπαν πρὸς αὐτάς Τί ζητεῖτε τὸν ζῶντα μετὰ τῶν νεκρῶν;

emphobōn de genomenōn autōn kai klinousōn ta prosōpa eis tēn gēn eipan pros autas Ti zēteite ton zōnta meta tōn nekrōn

Terrified however having become of them And bowing the appearance for the soil they said to them What you seek the living with of the dead?

He answering however alone named Cleopas said to Him You alone visit Jerusalem And not you had known the having taken place in on her - days these?

kai eipen autois Poia hoi de eipan autō Ta peri Iēsou tou Nazarēnou hos egeneto anēr prophētēs dynatos en ergō kai logō enantion Theou pantos laou

And said to them What things? - And they said to Him The things around of Jesus of the Nazarene who it came to pass husband a prophet mighty in deed And word before of God all people

we however were hoping - Himself is - being about to redeem the O Israel: But yet And with among all these things the third this? day brings from of whom these things it came to pass

[While] yet however while they were disbelieving of them from - joy And wondering said to them Have you anything to eat here?

Εἶπεν δὲ πρὸς αὐτούς Οὗτοι οἱ λόγοι μου οὓς ἐλάλησα ὑμᾶς ἔτι ὢν σὺν ὑμῖν ὅτι δεῖ πληρωθῆναι πάντα τὰ γεγραμμένα ἐν τῷ νόμῳ Μωϋσέως καὶ τοῖς προφήταις ψαλμοῖς περὶ ἐμοῦ

Eipen de pros autous Houtoi hoi logoi mou hous elalēsa hymas eti ōn syn hymin hoti dei plērōthēnai panta ta gegrammena en tō nomō Mōuseōs kai tois prophētais psalmois peri emou

Said however to them These - the words of Me which I spoke you still being with to you - it is necessary for to be fulfilled all the having been written in - law of Moses And on the prophets [the] Psalms around Me

kai idou egō exapostellō tēn epangelian tou Patros mou eph’ hymas hymeis de kathisate en tē polei heōs hou endysēsthe ex hypsous dynamin

And Behold I am sending the promise of the Father of Me against you you however remain in the town until of whom put on out of on high power
